Pricing & Commercial Terms
- Pricing: Quotations are prepared according to the order quantity, product assortment, material, personalisation requirements and delivery destination.
- Minimum order quantities: MOQs vary by product category. Flexible opening orders may be available for in-stock and selected styles.
- Lead times: In-stock products are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days following payment and order confirmation. Made-to-order production usually requires approximately 2–5 weeks following sample or design approval. Transit time is not included.
- Payment: For initial orders, our standard terms are 50% upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. Commercial terms may be reviewed for established retail partnerships.
- Shipping: Freight, insurance, customs duties and tax responsibilities are defined at the quotation stage according to the agreed delivery terms and destination country.
- Invoices and export documentation: Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable regulations. For international orders, the required commercial invoice and customs documentation are prepared.
