SCOPE OF THE RIGHT TO APPLY

Personal data owners (“Applicants”) are granted certain rights pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”). These rights are listed in Article 11 of the LPPD, and the relevant person has the right to make the following requests:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed,

• Request information regarding the processing of personal data,

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• To learn about third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, • To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

• Request that your personal data be deleted, destroyed or made anonymous, • Request that third parties to whom the correction, deletion or destruction processes are transferred be notified,

• To object to the emergence of an adverse result by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

• To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

APPLICATION METHOD

In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, personal data owners must submit their requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to the data controller , ASMİN ÇANTA SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board .

EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS

Your applications will be finalized within 30 days after they reach us. Application is free of charge; however, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Board may be charged.
