What are your return conditions?
The product you want to return must be unused and undamaged. If the returned product is deformed in a way that it cannot be resold, no refund will be provided. Returns will not be accepted for products that are folded, deformed, missing accessories or damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.

What is the Product Renovation Process?
In case of any problems with the product you have purchased, you must send us a visual of the product within the legal period of 3 months.
