Orders placed via BloominBag.com are shipped within 2 business days. When shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to the e-mail address in your order, so we recommend that you become a member to track your cargo and facilitate your other transactions. What are your return conditions?
The product you wish to return must be unused and undamaged. If the returned product is deformed and cannot be resold, a refund will not be provided. Returns will not be accepted for products that were folded, deformed, missing accessories, or whose packaging was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the sensitivity of the fabric dyes, protective sponge and metal zippers/buckles, they should never be washed in the washing machine or put in the dryer. We recommend wiping gently with a damp cloth, without pressing too hard on the fabric.
