What is your order delivery process?
Orders placed via BloominBag.com are shipped within 2 business days. When shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to the e-mail address in your order, so we recommend that you become a member to track your cargo and facilitate your other transactions. The average delivery time is 3-4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the workload of the cargo company. Do not forget to check your delivery address to avoid any confusion.
What are your return conditions?
The product you wish to return must be unused and undamaged. If the returned product is deformed and cannot be resold, a refund will not be provided. Returns will not be accepted for products that were folded, deformed, missing accessories, or whose packaging was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You can send your unused product back to YURTİÇİ Kargo within 14 business days using the agreement code 1191948359 by initiating your return from the "My Orders" section on your page, where you log in with your membership information on our website.
- You don't have to pay any fees when making a return through the shipping company. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and will be reflected in the product return amount. (Bank commissions, shipping fees, etc. are not refundable in return transactions.)
What is the Product Renovation Process?
In case of any problems with the product you have purchased, you must send us a visual of the product within the legal period of 3 months. If the product you have sent is suitable for repair, it will be repaired and sent to you. However, there is no guarantee for repairs on products that are deformed beyond repair. Any request exceeding 90 days will not be processed legally.
Are Your Bags Water Resistant?
The outer fabric of our bags is waterproof fabric. In addition, the inner lining is also waterproof, and there is a special material between the outer fabric and the inner lining to absorb liquid and shock.
What is the internal volume of laptop bags?
There is only a laptop compartment in the main body, in addition to the laptop there is a large volume where you can put books, notebooks and other items. On the outside there is a zippered charging pocket from end to end. Inside this pocket there are phone and pen compartments.
How Should I Care for My Bag?
The cleaning instructions for our bags are on our kraft product cards. Due to the sensitivity of the fabric dyes, protective sponge and metal zippers/buckles, they should never be washed in the washing machine or put in the dryer. We recommend wiping gently with a damp cloth, without pressing too hard on the fabric.
How is the fabric quality of your bags?
The fabric of the bag is currently the thickest fabric used on the market. In order to increase the protection, there is a second reinforcement fabric of the same high weight under the main fabric. Under these 2 fabrics there is a thick special material that absorbs liquids and shocks. And under all of these there is a very thick liquid absorbent lining.
