What is your order delivery process?
Orders placed via BloominBag.com are shipped within 2 business days. When shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to the e-mail address in your order, so we recommend that you become a member to track your cargo and facilitate your other transactions. What are your return conditions?
The product you want to return must be unused and undamaged. If the returned product is deformed in a way that it cannot be resold, no refund will be provided. Returns will not be accepted for products that are folded, deformed, missing accessories or damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.

What is the Product Renovation Process?
In case of any problems with the product you have purchased, you must send us a visual of the product within the legal period of 3 months. If the product you have sent is suitable for repair, it will be repaired and sent to you. However, there is no guarantee for repairs on products that are deformed beyond repair. Any request exceeding 90 days will not be processed legally.

How Should I Care for My Bag?
The cleaning instructions for our bags are on our kraft product cards. We recommend wiping gently with a damp cloth, without pressing too hard on the fabric.
